  YOU MUST REGISTER  BEFORE WE CAN ACCEPT ANY   BOOKINGS

  Please read our information / terms.

1 You will be deemed to accept our conditions below when you book an event.

2 All our events are usually 2 days. You are advised to remove valuable stock overnight. We endeavor to protect property, however we cannot accept liability for damaged or missing items.

3.  DEPOSITS - New applicants from 1 July 2010, We require a total of £25 when you book your first fair of the year. Your booking application is not complete until we recieve this. The deposit will 'roll over' for each booked fair of the current year. Your deposit will be forfieted if you cancel a booked fair.

4. PAYMENT - The full cost of your booked fair must be recieved 14 days before the date of your booked fair. Your booking may be cancelled if full payment is not recieved by the due date. If you cancel within 14 days of the booked fair date, the full cost of your booking is forfeited.  (payment method are on your booking confirmation)

Restrictions will apply to the number of pitches selling the same or similar products. Only products listed on your registration form may be sold by you at the fair.

Pitches must be occupied during the fairs advertised opening times.

7  No sub-letting of pitches allowed.

8 The organiser (or his agent) are not liable for any damage or loss unless caused by their negligence.

9 No refunds are available unless the fair is cancelled by the organiser. refunds are limited to the booking cost. The organisers decision is final.

10 The person who is named as the pitch holder agrees to indemnify the venue and / or the organiser from any claim that may be made by any third party.

11 Any breach or failure to comply with any of the above conditions may lead to legal proceedings and / or exclusion from future events.

12 INDOOR tables are approx. 1m x 1.8m, we provide 1 table and 1 chair per indoor pitch. an indoor pitch is usually inside a marquee. you may not supply extra tables and the space at the front and sides of the tables must be kept clear of obstructions. Tables must be kept in line. If the tent rails are used to hang things on, you do so at your own risk. Rain water may run down these in certain cicumstances.

13 OUTDOOR pitches are for space only and can be any 'reasonable size', however you must request the space required on your booking form.

14  Please complete the registration, We will either accept or reject your registration. If we accept your regitration you will be placed on our 'mail list' and you may then request a booking. We will send a booking form by post to you, if you request one. We reserve the right to refuse a booking.  Once a booking is confirmed you are bound by our terms. We may still cancel a booking until the deposit is recieved, or if the full payment is not recieved 14 days prior to the event.

15 A 'risk assesment' will be required once a booking is confirmed.

16 All exhibitors are reminded that they are responsible for complying with current trading standards conditions, health & Safety conditions and electricity supply regulations.
